Appointments
For your convenience, the office is open for appointments during the following hours:

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m

Tuesday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Friday
8:00 a.m. to 12 Noon for Administrative Hours Only

The scheduled appointment is reserved specifically for your child. Any change in this appointment affects many children. Please try to give a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule. We try to appoint younger children early in the day because this is when they are at their best. Whenever possible, older children can be appointed outside regular school hours.

Fees and Payments
We deliver the highest possible quality of care, utilizing the very best materials available. We operate on a fee for service basis. Payment is due on the day of service. For your convenience, MasterCard and Visa are accepted. As a courtesy, we will file your insurance.

To avoid the $25 no show fee, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice on any appointments you are unable to keep.
